great packaging & good flavors

The braised cook on these were pretty good but overall pretty bland and dry. Once I made and tossed it in a sauce (minced garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, chicken stock and some vinegar and chili oil) it was very tasty. I didn’t care for the “chili oil sauce” it came with. Personally I don’t like the super numbness of Szechuan peppercorn taste but that’s a personal preference

This looks nothing like the picture on the item. how hard is it to cut it nicely... look bad
