I added curry leaves into taro desert made with coconut milk, heavy whipping cream, hot chocolate powder, grapefruit and tapioca pearls. Curry leaves added subtle spiciness with earthy flavors.

I love how curry leaves add so much umami and aroma to any curry.
They are thin enough for me to eat unlike Kaffir lime leaves.
