Cooking instructions
- Using boiling water
1) Add 1 block to 200ml of water and bring to a boil.
(For 2 servings, use 400ml)
2) After the water starts boiling, boil for an additional 2 minutes to enjoy a rich and delicious cheonggukjang. (Adding tofu and cheongyang pepper will enhance the flavor.)
- Using a 700W microwave
Place 200ml of water and 1 block in a microwave-safe container and cook for 5 minutes.
(For 2 servings, use 400ml, cooking time 7 minutes)
* Be careful as the container will be hot.
