Fresh snakehead fish are live processed and prepared with an exclusive slurry-free formula before frozen packaged from BAP-certified farms and sliced to a uniform thickness of 3mm. From the factory and straight to our customer's hands, the entire process can be traced and the lead time is between 12-15 days. We're proud to say that there are no other similar products as fresh as ours. . No antibiotics are used from raising snakehead fish to processing. The meat is tender and full of flavor. Add it to stir-frys, shabu-shabu, pickled fish, boiled fish, and more. Easy and convenient, pre-sliced snakehead fish makes your cooking process much easier. 

 

Cooking instructions:

 1. Thaw before eating

2. Put the fish fillets in water and cook for 3-5 minutes

3. After the product is thawed, it should be kept refrigerated and eaten within 12 hours

4. Do not refreeze after thawing
