From the factory and straight to our customer's hands, the entire process can be traced and the lead time is between 12-15 days. Cooking instructions:

 1. Thaw before eating

2. Put the fish fillets in water and cook for 3-5 minutes

3. After the product is thawed, it should be kept refrigerated and eaten within 12 hours

4. Do not refreeze after thawing
