Bowen's Series of Steamed Buns and Rolls
The light natural yellow color comes from premium durum wheat germ, rich in carotenoids and over 30% more expensive than regular wheat flour. Using traditional sourdough fermentation techniques enhances the natural wheat aroma and chewy texture of durum wheat. This process ensures that the buns and rolls remain soft but not sticky, even after refrigeration or freezing, when steamed or pan-fried again.

Instructions for Use:

• Steaming: Place in steamer once water boils, steam for 8-10minutes.
• Pan-frying: Heat a pan with a little oil, add 1/4 cup of water, and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
• Microwaving: Lightly sprinkle water on each bun or roll, cover, and microwave for 20-30 seconds.
