It’s an acquired taste. Not your common sweet longanisa. It tastes kinda like chorizo with vinegar. Definitely smoked. The casing is a tad chewy. It’s fatty. I’m surprised I actually didn’t mind it at all but I wouldn’t buy it again though. It’s expensive and not worth the regular nor sale price which I paid. My curiosity got the better of me :-)
