It’s not too sweet. Very nice in soup

Red dates is always in my cooking ingredients list due to their health benefits and flavor. They are sweet and have a distinct aroma and is a must when I make desserts or soups and sometimes in vegetables dishes. The Golden Lion Dried Ziziphus Red Dates quality is good and medium size but with seeds. So have to soak them in water prior cooking to remove the seeds. Will definitely repeat order one stocks is finished.

It’s very good
