i prefer to make my soft tofu soup with a stock teabag from hansang. the umami doesn't come thru otherwise! appreciate that weee keeps the stock cool with an ice pack!

It’s not the cheapest (over $1 per bag, there’s only six bags), but very convenient. Also surprised that there is so much ingredient in each bag, including dried shrimp!

Clean ingredients, nothing artificial. Soup is good. It needs to be refrigerated.
