This seasoning was used to make lamb steamed buns and it was incredible! Lamb and cumin goes very well together and these steamed buns came out just perfect. I also used this seasoning for some bbq lamb skewers and it was also delicious. This jar is very big and will last for a long, long time!

Use it to grill fish, and marinate it with miso or salt for most of the day. It tastes good, a little spicy.
