The first brew features the vibrant green color and umami of matcha, while the second brew features the flavor and fragrant aroma of brown rice. Certified organic by the JAS (Japan Agricultural Standards), this tea is pesticide-free and safe to drink. It is recommended to steep one teaspoon of tea leaves in water at 80�‹C for a short time.
