This is a very good size bag of noodles! I made a Filipino pancit dish with the noodles and some seafood and Mama Sita’s seasonings. The noodles took a little over 6 minutes to cook and it was perfectly snappy with a gelatinous texture. These kind of noodles tend to soak up whatever sauce or broth it is cooked in and boy did it ever! It was so delicious, filling and very economical given the price and the size of the noodles.

I hope this is good! It’s been a while I did not make palabok, I am craving and can’t wait to cook palabok!
