Honey Lava Cake

The lava cake is delicious 😋 It tastes like cheesecake.

Not huge, not dripping with filling like normal lava cakes. You know what? SO WHAT? It's a delicious chiffon cake that's very satisfying when you want something airy and mildly sweet. I bake it at 350º to crisp up the sides and heat it through. While I can devour the whole thing if I'm being a pig, eating half accompanied by hot or cold tea really hits the spot. It's very expensive, but often goes on sale (still not cheap, but worth it, especially when you can also get a percentage back).

this is a good sponge cake but not a lava cake. there is no filling.

The cake was good and solf. Not too sweet and not too dry. I like it.

Soft texture with a bit of sweet and savory flavor. I like to heat it up for 10-15 seconds to get the top cheese melted a little.
