It’s very good!

I mixed one pound of Wagyu ground beef mixed with two pounds of regular 90% ground beef to make burgers for our Fourth of July cookout. The flavor and texture of the beef was perfect. The first time I bought Wagyu ground beef, it was on sale and I just wanted to try it to find out what it tasted like. We liked the taste of Wagyu ground beef so much that we bought it again, at regular price this time, for a super special Fourth of July and wedding anniversary burger dinner. Instead of regular mustard and ketchup, we used horseradish sauce and a mixture of ketchup and original creamy Caesar dressing for condiments, topped with blue cheese, three slices of pickles, a slice of Nicolisi's Fine Foods Black Berkshire uncured bacon, a slice of tomato, and some homegrown romaine lettuce.
