I love that I can finally enjoy the gopchang-gim I used to have in Korea. It's quite thick, has a nice chewy texture, and a slightly sweet flavor. It's perfect as a side dish or a snack

Nice and crispy! Cut them into fourths and wrap with avocado and rice (and sriracha or any other hot sauce).
