Since it's a large amount, I always grate it and freeze it in sticks.

There were two thick yams in it.

It was made in Hokkaido, but it's sealed properly so it's beautiful! I'm looking forward to eating it.

I thought this was a great deal for the price. I immediately made and ate a salad with pickled plums and cucumbers, and it was very fresh and delicious.

The second time I bought it, it was fresh and clean every time.
