Just looking at the clear soup doesn't make it a pork bone ramen.
This is the evolutionary "Clear Tonkotsu Ramen".
The transparent soup, which is made from 100% pork bones and is carefully simmered so that it never boils after thoroughly preparing for blood removal, does not smell pork and has a refreshing taste.

【How to make delicious ramen】
1. Boil the noodles in a large pot with plenty of boiling water. The standard boiling time is about one and a half minutes. Adjust the boiling time according to your favorite hardness.
2. Put the soup in a bowl and add 300 ml of boiling water. * Adjust the amount of hot water to make the soup as thick as you like.
3. Drain the boiled noodles well and put them in a bowl of soup.
4. Add a small bag of Kabosu juice on the way and enjoy the taste change. (You can enjoy it even more deliciously by adding green onions to your liking.)
