I love them! Taste fresh even though they are frozen

pros: very sweet and soft, perfect for sashimi cons: -size is not that large. you can see on the box it's marked as 2S size, smaller than M. -One big concern for me though is that 1 of 3 pieces I tried today already has frost bite marks, even though I just received the items yesterday. -works better as sashimi than cooked. when I cooked it, the texture was weird, like there was no stringy texture it was kinda like a homogeneous blob. I would get it again for eating as sashimi, because it's very sweet.

Sweet and fresh!

It does have a sweetness. Big and plump. Plenty in the box. Unfortunately it has hint of fishiness and hint of bitterness too. Tried to mask it with soy sauce but can still taste the unpleasantness. Disappointed. It came perfectly frozen and packaged well. So not sure what went wrong 😞
