【How to Use】
(1) Use dry hands to peel off the light blue film for upper teeth from the transparent sheet.*The ingredients adhere to the side attached to the transparent sheet.
(2) Attach the peeled side to the front of the upper teeth, fold back any excess onto the back of the teeth. Repeat steps (1) and (2) for the lower teeth.
(3) Close your mouth and wait for the film to adhere (about 10 minutes). Finish by brushing along the film that has adhered, then rinse.
