I have used the eye masks before. I wanted to try the shoulder masks. The lavender scent is light and pleasing. The mask sticks to the skin via some adhesive strips. The heat is warm (not hot) for about 10-15 minutes or so and then, starts to cool down. There is no sticky residue on your skin when you take the mask off.

Very versatile. I use them for a lot of other body areas . Honestly the heat of this does not last up to 30 minute as it says. It gets quite nice and heat warm for 10 minutes then it goes down to lukewarm heat. Other than that , the smell of lavender is nice and aromatic .
