We carefully select the richest flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth seaweed from the first harvest of seaweed from Kyushu's Ariake Sea and roast it carefully using far-infrared rays. It is cut into 4 slices, just the right size for hand-rolled sushi, and packed into a tabletop bottle. Simply place it on the table and you're ready to go, and cleanup is easy even if seaweed powder falls off.
