made solid kimchi-jjigae with it, 😋 came frozen, let it thaw in fridge overnight. placed into air tight container and used throughout the week in various quantities. good amount of meat to fat for the cut (it's pork butt, so expect fat). you can render out the fat when cooking very easily. will purchase again.
