LZS Purple Sweet Potato Noodles 180 g

They were rubbery in texture that I made a paste with for pancakes. 🙄 wondering how sweet potatoes can be so ?

Not at all what I expected but very delicious all the same. Gelatinous and chewy, was great as a side with some sesame seeds, green onion, and sesame oil.

First time try this type of noodle. It's chewy but could not taste the purple yam at all. Overall it's bland, not bad but could be better. For the price , it's not a lof noodle. I cooked 2 bags of it and look at the bowl.
