Lamb Shoulder Boneless, Frozen 2pcs 3 lb

These were really tender and were perfect for making lamb skewers! I cut one of the chunks into small cubes, threw them in a gallon ziploc to marinate. Skewered them up and grilled them...they were a perfect combination of tender meat and bits of fat. So good!

Air fried sliced lamb, Marinated with cumin, black pepper, garlic, soy, blown sugar, red chili peppers..yum yum

Consistently good meat. There is some fat that needs to be trimmed but otherwise good for lamb skewers.

肉看着很不错 可惜袋子是破的

这块肉定了两次，第一次到货后没有，退款了。第二次这个肉收到是切成拳头大小的块状 冰冻化开后 原本是一块 就散开了 里面掉出那种大块的肥肉。看起来很像是几块碎肉团在一起冻起来的。而且看到其他人收到是大块而且真空包装，我的是小块而且是用普通塑料袋装的。原本很支持Weee，正规电商比较放心，又是华人企业，看到老板创业时的不易，特别想支持你们，身边韩国和日本朋友我都强烈推荐他们。可是这次的肉真让人气愤，这不是商品问题，完全是你们欺诈客户，这种行为真让人失望。近期不会再光顾了。这个图片并不够清晰表达我阐述的问题，第一次化开发现碎肉时没有拍照 今天特意拿出来化冻又拍照。
