Laoganma トマトチリソース 210 グラム

I used this sauce as the main component of my Shrimp and Pepper dish. This sauce is salty and slightly sweet with full of tomato umami. My only complaint is that the bottle is tiny.

I suggest buying a couple jars if you see this in stock. Two of my local grocery stores carry it, but even they are always out of stock. I've tried using Trader Joe's Bomba sauce as a substitute, but there is still nothing like Lao Gan Ma!

Spicy 🥵 but the flavor is on point! Once you get past the spicy slap, it's good! 😀 I have a low tolerance to spicy food, though. 😅 You can add it to a variety of dishes. I added some to my pasta and it tasted good. I placed a water bottle next to it, to show the size in comparison. I can't wait to use it more often, because the flavor is very good. I highly recommend it! 👌

Hard to find elsewhere, great price!

Second time ordering, it goes well with noodles both soup or dry. It is spicy but not too spicy which is perfect.
