Love that these come in individual packets- I actually snack on them on the go but you can use them in soups as directed.

Spicy but the taste is just ok

I have mixed feelings on this product. On one hand, the smell is great. The spiciness, the umami, all play together to form a wonderful nostalgic fragrance. The texture is very nice too, very-tripe like and satisfying. On the other hand, I am familiar with this taste and it feels too spicy for me :,) so that definitely hurts the experience. Though, smell is 80% of taste so /shrug. Definitely not for people who cannot handle spice (I think I’m like on the lower end of moderate in terms of spice tolerance spectrum).

Several small packages inside. It tastes like real beef tripes the most, among several similar products. Quite tasty as well.

Nice snack if you can eat spicy food.
