Too sticky from the tendon pieces, wouldn't buy again.
I wasn't expecting Cha Chien to be sticky with collagen, but this one was. It over powered the other flavors. I couldn't taste any fish sauce or pork at all. There is a better brand on here. I ended up throwing away about half.
