Lotus Foods Pad Thai Organic Rice Noodles 227 g

Love the noodle texture. I’m not a big fan of soft noodles. This one has an Al Dante texture, so it does not get soggy when adding the sauce and seasoning. Will repurchase.

I've tried the brown rice version of Lotus Foods' Pad Thai noodles so I was excited to try a white rice version too. I think I ended up liking the brown rice version better. Someone else mentioned that these were more chewy and this is correct from my experience. Next time I think I'll cook them longer than instructed to see if I can get them to taste softer. They do taste good though.

More chewy than the Pad Thai noodles in restaurants. It tastes okay. I wish it’s softer.

The side is very sticky. It's difficult to cook.
