Good in noodles

Ma Ling is a well-known processed food brand in Mainland China. I was surprised to find it on Weee! We will use it to make roasted duck vermicelli soup.

It was my first time buying the pickled cabbage and didn’t know what to expect. It’s a bit salty for me so I rinsed it with cold water and stir fried with garlic, egg and a bit of brown sugar. It turned out quite good when I ate it with congee. 😋

Saltier not vinegary at all in my opinion. Will not buy again.

can is damage

All four can are dented and the rims also rusted. Kind of disappointing on that.
