Introducing Mama Lam's newest product, Malaysian Peanut Satay Paste! This peanut sauce is rich, aromatic, savory, and crunchy, with a very subtle kick. Marinate 1 lb of protein with 2 tablespoons of satay paste or turn paste into a sauce, by adding 1 oz of water/coconut cream to 2 tablespoons of satay paste.
