Meat Floss & Purple Yam Square Bread

中身がぎっしりで生地もしっとりで甘くて美味しかった！上の方にあるフサフサした部分はあんまり好みではなかった。

ふんわり柔らかな生地で 中にはたっぷりと具が入っていました。 いろいろな具材を味わえるので、食べていて楽しくとっても美味しかったです。

Much smaller than expected, only enough for two rounds of breakfast for one person. I like that there are a lot of purple yam inside. The mochi and pork sung complimented taste well. Not too fond of the egg yolk mixture since it was on the sweet side.

Kinda wished the loaf came pre-sliced. Pork floss is on top only not mixed into the bread. Taro paste is through out the loaf. Taste is really good though. Not too salty, not too sweet. Perfect balance!
