Miko Brand Mutenka Kinugoshi, White Miso Cup 26.5 oz

This miso brand is a household staple. Its one of the best tasting brands out of a few we have tried. We use it to make soups and marinade for chilean sea bass and black cod.

I got it for a stock since it's on sale, even though I'm still using the one from previously purchased. This Miso is very mild and much less salty

The miso was cool and in great condition. There’s a plastic cover on the inside of the miso container. Remove it before hand before start cooking.
