Momoya's "Edo Murasaki Chili Nori 105g" is made from Japanese green seaweed (mainly harvested around Ise Bay and Mikawa Bay), with multiple types of chili peppers and chili peppers aged and fermented in-house, and is quickly tsukudani-style, making it a refreshingly spicy and fruity-scented seaweed tsukudani for adults. It uses a small amount of soy sauce, giving it a smooth texture and rich sea flavor, as well as the refreshing spiciness of the chili peppers. It is also recommended as a topping for rice, onigiri, ochazuke, chikuwa, and kamaboko.
