참마 1.5 파운드

My gf made me Nattto and Yamaimo sushi rolls. This Yamaimo is pretty good. Perfect amount of stickyness and crispness. It doesn't really have a long shelf life, though.

These mountain yams are not easy to find. I am so excited Weee has them. I just steamed them and eat them. They are delicious.

The yam doesn’t look really fresh. It came smaller than I expected. It look like someone chopped it randomly and delivered to me.
