This is really good. Crispy outside (coated with frosted sugar ← So good!), soft and moist inside. I was expecting Sakura flavor but couldn’t tell. It’s good anyway but I wish there was some Sakura aroma in it.

the baum cake is made with almonds and the sakura flavor is also similar so it just ends up mostly almond

Little glaze on top of the cake is not too sweet and compliment the cake really well. The cake looks beautiful with the layers yet soft and condensed. Smell lovely and of course very tasty!
