This product blends organic Kampot pepper from Cambodia with mineral-rich Noto salt, made from deep ocean water off the coast of Noto, Japan.
Freshly picked organic black peppercorns, called the “King of Pepper,” are preserved in brine for six months to capture their rich aroma, flavor, and signature texture.
Noto salt’s gentle taste highlights the umami of the pepper, making this a versatile seasoning or topping for any dish.
