Why don't the buttons work or malfunction?
This can be caused by water entering the bottom of the machine during cleaning. Moisture inside the machine causes circuit abnormalities.
Please put the machine upside down in the sun for a few days or blow it with a hair dryer.

Why does the machine stop mixing after a while?
This is a normal phenomenon. This machine adopts intermittent mixing and will continue to mix after stopping for a period of time.

How long does it take to make nut milk?
The runtime for the "Nut Milk" function is 26 minutes.

What does "cup" in the recipe refer to? Why is the amount of water not clearly stated in the recipe?
It refers to the measuring cup included in the package.
The amount of water can be adjusted to your personal taste. For example, you can add less water if you like a thick nut milk and more water if you like it light.
