very well packaged barley that's perfect for soups!

This is a good brand but I’m not so sure if this pearl barley is fresh or not

enough amount. I always add this in my rice 🍚 😋 it accelerate the turnover of skin, results in a beautiful skin 😍🥰

Always love organic. Good quality and expiration date. They are good for making soups or desserts.
