Founded in 2009, Pu Shi Studio follows the philosophy of "simplicity and sincerity." We insist on using clean, healthy ingredients and carefully crafted processes to bring out the natural character of each ingredient. We never use artificial additives to modify taste or texture, instead allowing the original flavor and color of the fruit to shine through. Each batch is unique, reflecting the natural variations in sun, air, and water during cultivation.
Carefully Selected Ripe Pineapples and Mangoes
We use pineapples that are fully ripened on the tree for at least 18 months, grown by small farmers like Huang Sheng-Nan in Dashu, Kaohsiung, and Songlinmei Organic Farm in Taitung. The Irwin mangoes are from Fangshan, Pingtung—naturally ripened, toxin-free, no ripening agents or herbicides. The fruits are hand-diced, gently candied, and slowly simmered to release the vibrant flavors of summer.
No Added Pectin—Just the Real Taste of Fruit
Many jams use pectin or carrageenan (seaweed gel) to thicken and cut costs. At Pu Shi, we make our jam using only the pure essence of the fruit, without any thickeners, to offer a healthy, natural taste that’s easy on the body.
Perfect with Tea or as a Spread
This jam’s bright tropical aroma makes it an ideal addition to tea for a fruity infusion. It also works beautifully as a spread on bread, or a topping for salad and yogurt.
