You can just add this to boiling water with vermicelli and cilantro, green onion with some fried onion to make this authentic Nghe An eel vermicelli ☺️

use this to cook eel clear-vermicelli noodle soup. So easy and yummy. I use coconut water and add fish sauce to make the broth, then add the eel. I also add scallops, shrimp, fish balls, mushrooms, bean sprouts...or whatever I feel like it...The key is you must have Vietnamese coriander as the herb for topping.

So good! Just a tad salty but perfect with rice. Super easy to prepare
