I made pork stock for my curry. Each bones are so dense and big that it took very long time to get a good stock. I've had better bones before. This one is alright. No wonder it is the least expensive bones by the pound. It had little smell. Definitely not as refined. I don't know if I buy it again. It is definitely reasonable price though.

I’m going to use this for soup base and am so excited since I could not find soup bones around where I live. Very convenient and nice

I bought them before for broth but this order is for my dog. He absolutely loves them.
