Yummy..... I love preserved duck eggs. Especially when I make congee. This one tastes good but one of the egg is cracked within the package. Overall, I liked it and will buy again.

Preserved duck eggs have good texture. The lye is a tad strong but acceptable taste. One of the eggs was cracked.
