Beef broth tastes so bland like water. Horrible

Noodles have a nice texture. The broth doesn't really taste like pho. adding some siracha, hoisen, and lime helps a lot. It's not bad for a quick snack.

This is pretty good for a fast pho fix. By itself it’s boring but add all the veggies and meat and it’s good
