Not sure how to cook this noodle. It took a long time. half an hour to boil and it is still hard.

Very bad Customer Service how are you guys can deliver like that to Customer. You guys price expensive than supermarket , but we choose online shopping because of delivered to house , and you guys delivered like that ???
