This is the product produced by a craftsman who want to use high quality camembert cheese to make baked snacks. It used strictly selected material including milk and granulated sugar, salt from Guerande area in France.

Honey&gorgonzola:

This cookie used high standard gorgonzola cheese produced in South Itaily. Combined with chocolate which could lock the special taste of cheese and supplied with rich tasted Hokkaido milk and granulated sugar, then sprinkled honey and baked crispy.
