Shanghai Sticky Rice Roll with Pork Floss 300g

Just like the description, there is ONLY pork floss and fried cruller. Unfortunately, I was recently in Taiwan, and had my fill of sticky rice balls/rolls (the best), so anything from delivery in the U.S. is going to be meh. For the price, they should’ve at least include a bit of pickled veg and/or sesame seeds. Very bland. Soggy rice. Very sad. Will not be ordered again unless I am REALLY jonesing for sticky rice balls.

Rice is really sticky and a little too wet. youtiao is too oily and not crispy by the time it was received, and even though there were bits of preserved veggies scattered, you couldn't taste them at all. If you have a craving for it, this is fine. Just not great.

Do not buy unless you will eat it the day it arrives. It states on the packaging that you must consume the same day.

Would not recommend. It comes cold with a ice pack. Once i heat up in microwave, the dough fritter is all soggy. Not worth it

They were frozen when arrived. I microwaved it a bit, the rice was very mushy and not much pork floss in it. Very bland. Will not buy again.
