It has a rich, smooth flavor with just the right amount of tang—way more depth than regular white or apple cider vinegar. Perfect for dumplings, noodles, and stir-fries, or even mixing into sauces. It adds that bold, savory kick that makes everything taste better. Definitely a pantry staple from now on.

Wow this is amazing! Never had this vinegar before and it’s not what I was expecting, in a good way. It doesn’t have a strong vinegar bite, and has a balsamic like fruitiness but more on the savory side. Looking forward to using it in various recipes
