I like this one. Check out the design on this! I cooked this three different ways. I do not like to eat it plain. I first cooked in in a stir fry. Warning! If you do this, cover with a lid. I diced it for my stir fry and found it liked to jump out of the pan! I think it is best diced up and placed with the noodles as they cook. But I also tried it diced in my magic masala upma, and it is great that way , too. I would not advice cooking in a stir fry.

Cold mung bean noodle salad with a soy peanut vinaigrette dressing. Fast, easy and yummy when you don't feel like cooking.
