Knife is decent but it came with a sticker which was hard to take off

Cleaver look very nice. Even though it’s is stainless steel, it’s not heavy to cook at all. It’s a good one!

Very sharp. Good to find a Chinese style knife

I’m obsessed with this new knife and keep finding excuses to chop more veggies. Used this for kimchi prep and it made things so much easier. Great heft and weight for cutting thicker things towards the back and excellent for chopping and dicing towards the middle and front. I’ve never used a knife like this before, but it’s definitely been my most-used this past week. I’ll probably gift one to my mom for Christmas!

I haven't tried it yet but it's beautiful and nicely weighted.
