My first time trying Shinmei Genmai Brown Rice. As with all brown rice, I like to test it out a few times before I have a good ratio of rice and water. Brown rice isn’t easy to make. After washing the rice, I let it soak in the water for about 20 minutes before turning on the rice cooker. Everybody has different preferences, so be patient. You will master making brown rice in no time!
