This Shiseido Sengan Senka Perfect Clear Cleanser is a bi-phase Japanese cleansing oil-gel. The oil-gel hybrid combines the makeup removing properties of a cleansing oil with the skin-cleansing ability of a gel face wash. When combined, the oil and gel phases work together to clear away all the traces of long-wearing makeup including waterproof mascara, sebum, and impurities in pores without drying skin or damaging eyelash extensions.
